My fiber friend Margaret has passed away recently. Margaret was a wonderful person and a talented fiber artist. She was also a great supporter of this art project. To honour her life, her fiber friends at the IFFF (International Freeform Forum) at Ravelry have organized a CKAL (crochet and knitting along). I have joined this Tribute CKAL and used a piece of lace sprang for the background. The flowers and leaves are from a pattern which is designed by Margaret. I added two flirds (flower-birds), using parts of the pattern of the flowers. More about this at my project page at Ravelry. This tribute project will be displayed in the front window of my museum.
